Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are allowed on new, unworn items within 60 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required when making a return or exchange. If you need to return or exchange any item that you purchased, please contact us for an RA (Return Authorization) Number and use the Return/Exchange Form (aka Packing Slip) that you receive with your order. If you need the replacement item immediately, please call us and place a new order and then return the unwanted merchandise for a credit that will applied to your credit card.
You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges when the return or exchange is a result of sizing issues, a product was ordered incorrectly, or you are not satisfied with the product. This may include up to a 20% restocking fee on returned items.
If the return is the result of a mistake on our part (ie: wrong item received, incorrect size received, etc...) we will arrange for return shipping and shipping for the new item(s).
When returning merchandise, it is recommended that the package be insured for the full value of the merchandise. All Sports Officials LLC is not responsible for returned packages that have been lost or damaged in transit. If a refund is given, we will issue a credit on the credit/debit card used for the original purchase.
It is important that you try each item on before wearing it in a game. Once an item is worn, it can not be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer's defect in the workmanship.
It is suggest that you try shoes on a carpeted floor to make sure the shoes fit properly. Shoes that are worn outside or in a game may not be returned except if there is a definite defect in the workmanship. Shoes that have manufacture workmanship defects must be returned within six months after they were purchased. If a shoe is defective after 6 months, we will replace them but the customer responsible for paying for the shipping, both the return and the new shipment.
Compression shorts/tights, compression shirts, athletic briefs, and jocks may not be returned due to the nature of these garments.
Whistles that have been removed from their original packaging are unreturnable.
Hat returns will not be accepted if shipped in an envelope or bag. All hat returns must be returned in a sturdy box. Hats must also be unworn.
Regarding Equipment Bags:
Equipment bags may be returned for defects in the workmanship within six months after they are purchased. We will, replace a defective bag after six months, but the customer is responsible for paying for the shipping for both the return and the new shipment.
We allow returns or exchanges on shirts that have flags sewn on the sleeve. We also allow returns/exchanges on any item that we sell that has been embroidered with a stock logo. An item may not be returned that has been personalized, monogrammed, or lettered.
Pants that have been altered/hemmed or creased cannot be returned. Additionally, any garment that has been washed or worn cannot be returned unless there is an obvious manufacture defect.
Any type of shipping method (ie: UPS, FedX, DHL, USPS, etc) may be used to ship unwanted merchandise back to All Sports Officials LLC. When shipping merchandise back we recommend that a traceable form of shipping is used in order to have the ability to track a package that may gets lost in transit.
